REFUND EXCHANGE POLICIES
We do not offer refunds, but you may exchange your unopened and unused products for other items within our store within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at email@example.com to let us know that you would like to make an exchange and will be returning your product within the 7-day time frame to request the return shipping address. Return shipping costs is at the buyers expense, and a tracking number must be provided for the return. Once we have received the items you wish to exchange, we will contact you to place a new order and get the new items shipped out immediately. If there is a difference in price, you will be charged accordingly and/or provided a store credit. Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will be happy to replace your purchase, and ship another once we have received the defective item. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.
**Please note we are not able to accept back any products that have been used.
