N-Xhale Loose Leaf Tea is a thoughtfully crafted blend designed to support your respiratory wellness journey. Whether you're seeking respiratory support or simply craving a comforting ritual, N-Xhale invites you to breathe easier and feel more open with every sip.
How to brew:
- Hot cup: 1 tbsp per 8–10 oz just-off-boil water (205°F). Cover and steep 10–12 minutes.
- Stronger, more mucilaginous brew: Simmer gently 15 minutes, then cover and steep 10 more.
- Iced (Hot for best results): Brew double strength, pour over ice.
- When to sip: Any time. Contains green tea with a light lift.
- Sweeten with local honey or agave.
Once we have received your order, it will be prepared and shipped out within 2-3 business days of your payment processing. We charge a flat fee of $7.95 for all U.S. domestic orders, and they will be sent via FEDEX GROUND or USPS.
Orders $75 and over will be shipped for free. If you would like your purchase delivered sooner, please let us know, and we will do our best to ship your package out Express Mail or FedEX AIR, if the order is placed by 12:00PM Eastern time (an extra fee will apply for Express shipping). Please note that once a package has been delivered, we are not responsible for any package being stolen from your doorstep or mailbox.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, but you may exchange your unopened and unused products for other items within our store within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at shop@brownsugarcollab.com to let us know that you would like to make an exchange and will be returning your product within the 7-day time frame to request the return shipping address. Return shipping costs is at the buyers expense, and a tracking number must be provided for the return. Once we have received the items you wish to exchange, we will contact you to place a new order and get the new items shipped out immediately. If there is a difference in price, you will be charged accordingly and/or provided a store credit. Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us at shop@brownsugarcollab.com . We will be happy to replace your purchase, and ship another once we have received the defective item. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.
**Please note we are not able to accept back any products that have been used.
