Entrepreneur and Owner of the Brown Sugar Collab, DeAnna Allen and Owner of Five13Studio, Jekia Benson, in a joint effort, are opening The Coterie Concept, an innovative retail boutique that specializes in providing high-quality wine and fine champagne. The Coterie Concept will feature a tasting room where visitors can select their wine by the bottle, and enjoy their libations with friends, in an intimate, stylish setting. The expansive menu features a unique wine list from the NC region, and all over the world.
An added bonus to visiting The Coterie Concept is visitors will have an opportunity to experience the ultimate “Sip and Shop” during our revolving pop-up market, where we highlight curated shopping experiences, hosted by local and national merchants.
The Coterie Concept will serve as an alternative popup space for entrepreneurs and creatives.
The micro-retail suite is designed to provide a cost-effective, short-term solution for online retailers desiring to test the waters of operating their own storefront. It will be a fully outfitted retail suite equipped with shelving, display tables, mirrors, and more. Retailers will be able to set up their “storefront” with minimal effort, needing only to supply the products they are retailing and their individual marketing materials for their brand.
The Coterie Concept will offer flexible options for reserving the micro-retail suite, with availability for daily, weekends, weekly, and monthly rentals. Featured retailers of The Coterie Concept will be promoted on the website and social media platforms to give brands a broader audience.
